EF Commander v6.70: Check hidden virus/trojan is existant or not!!!

For many days I was too many anxious about my PC because attacking virus/trojan. I want to find them, but they make there attribute hidden, so it is impossible to see them when they destroyed the value folder option, you can repair the folder option, but you might not change any value yet still as they are infecting the system.
